Cranberry-Pinapple Minis

I am trying this recipe for Thanksgiving:

1 Can (20 oz) Dole Curshed Pinapple in Juice.

2 PKG (3 oz each) Jell-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin

1 can (16 oz) Whole berry Cranberry sauce

2/3 cup chopped PLANTERS walnut pieces

1 Apple, chopped

Drain pinapple, reserving the juice. Add enough water to juice to measure 2 1/2 cups; pour into saucepan. Bring to boil. Pour over gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

Stir in pineapple; cranberry sauce, walnuts and apple. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.

Refrigerate 2 1/2 hours or until firm. Remove Liners.

Will make approximately 24 servings.

Hi Nancy,
I'm still in the hospital with my daughter. I wrote an update on my blog. How are you? I miss talking with you!! How is the blogging world going?

I wanted to offer you my two huge list I do for Target & Walmart. I do Target on Sunday, no later than Monday, and Walmart between Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

If you would like to link them, or one and not the other, please let me know.

I do a huge list and add to them as I see new coupons become available.

I hope all is well. Read my update on Rebekah so you'll know what is going on with me.

Talk soon,
Deb
