Meal Plan Monday


Monday: Ekrich Beef Sausage in BBQ sauce, Betty Crocker Butter Potatos (they ROCK!), Peas(Vegetable Steamers), Cookies and flavored coffee for desert.

Tuesday: Chicken-n-Dumplings (Jessica Simpson's recipe) - Carrot Cake and coffe for desert.

1 can of crescent rolls, 1 cooked chicken (I'm actually using 2 frozen chicken breasts and improvising), 1 can of cream of chicken, 1 can of cream of mushroom, and 1 can of chicken broth.
Wrap the chicken in the crescent rolls, line in a baking dish, cover with the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and then 1 can of chicken broth. Put in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes and VOILA' Chicken-n-dumplings!!!

Wednesday: Raging Bear Ranch's Famous Cheese Enchiladas - see recipe here., Welch's Sparkling Grape Juice (for celebrating the New Year),

Thursday: Black-eyed Peas (for good luck), Raging Bear Ranch Potato Soup
I’m lactose intolerant to milk (I can tolerate some cheeses) but love cream of potato soup -Bear - my husband has developed a recipe for potato soup that is (to me) better than a cream of potato soup.

Friday - Left overs and Homemade Bread

Saturday - Hobo Stew - another Raging Bear Original
Sunday - Cream of mushroom soup smothered chicken, Vegetable medley - valley fresh steamers, Country biscuits.
